Delivery & Returns.

  • Despatching of orders, will commence on the Friday or every week. If a Friday falls onto a bank holiday, it will commence on the next working day. ie. Tuesday or the next week and revert to usual despatching hereafter.

    Delivery charges stand as £4.95 for small parcels and £8.95 for large parcels, charging will be indicated at the checkout stage. Free delivery to orders over £150.

    Delivery of gift vouchers is £3.50

  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect.

    We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by calling us.

  • If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return.

    Goods need to be returned in their original packaging at your own cost within 28 days of purchase.

    If arranging your own postage we advise you use a tracked service and retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for items lost or damaged in transit.

    Our system processes your refund instantly and you will receive an email notification - please allow 5-10 days for your bank to show the returned funds.

  • We take the greatest care to carefully and securely package items we ship to customers. However, if you receive faulty or damaged goods you can request a refund or replacement. 

    Please email hello@joyfulliving.co.uk to advise the fault or damage with 7 days of receiving your order attaching a photograph of the fault or damage. 

    No liability will be accepted after 7 days.
